Yikes!
Someone mixed up my bike safety tips. Can you help me put them back in order?

Rules.
I know a lot of mother’s and they all like to read. Why not make
a special book in honor of mom.
What you need:
Cereal box
8 1/2-by-11-in. white paper
Hole punch
Ribbon or string
Scissors
What to do:
Cut a 9 1/2-by-6-inch rectangle from the cereal box (have a grown-up help
you) and place it picture-side up.
Fold it in half.
Stack your paper, fold the sheets into quarters, cut along the top, and set
the paper inside the cardboard.
Punch three holes through the paper and cardboard and thread ribbon to bind.
Now it’s time to fill the pages. What would a Sparky book be without
safety tips (don’t forget to draw pictures to go along with the tips)?
Check out the ideas below, or think of your own. This is a great thing
to make mom any time of year, because as you know, being safe is always
important.
Are all matches and lighters up high and out of children's sight and reach,
in a locked drawer?
Are smoke alarms tested once a month and batteries replaced once a year
(or when the alarm "chirps", warning that the battery is low)?
Is there a three-foot "safety zone" around the stove to keep
children and pets away from cooking areas
Is the Poison Control Center’s phone number posted by the phone:
1-800-222-1222?
Is everyone in the family buckled up in the correct safety seat for them,
every time we get in the car (that means grown-ups, too)?
Does everyone in the family wear a bike helmet when they go for bike rides?
